IPELEGENG PROGRAM
City of Francistown council Ipelegeng quota is 3177 , where 83 are breakfast preparation assistants, 643 cleaners at Primary and secondary schools,10 cleaners at Tribal Administration (kgotla),while the majority of 2213 are engaged in vegetation control and 168 on Ipelegeng Skills Development Component.
Skills Development
Ipelegeng Skills Development Component is aimed at equipping Ipelegeng beneficiaries on basic construction skills or enterpreneural skills such as brick laying and plastering,painting,Tiliing,Capentry works,and electrification
ISDC
The City of Francistown council through this initiative(ISDC) is constructing 2No LA2 houses at Donga and satellite wards . This houses are built by Ipelegeng beneficiaries through the assistance of CITF to train them on the above mentioned skills.

All beneficiaries enrolled in this initiative will be certificated upon a successful training by CITF.

Beneficiaries are engaged every month for 20 working days.

For this financial year, City of Francistown council requested funding amounting to 33,137,139. ISDC project will be construction of Reception Class at Mahube Primary School with a budget of 1,587,245.00
